YPR staff and volunteer registration ends on Monday, June 16th, 2025 at 5:00pm EST. This provides staff and volunteers 3.5 months to fundraise for airfare if needed, and to plan ahead for attendance. Travel information and policies will be released the last week in April.

***ONLY STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND HAVE A TICKET WILL BE CONTACTED REGARDING TRAVEL.
***YRE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SENT TO CAITLIN.COLE@YOUNGPEOPLEINRECOVERY.ORG PRIOR TO JUNE 16TH, 2025 BY 5:00PM EST.
***AFTER JUNE 16TH, 2025, AIRFARE WILL BE ARRANGED. ONLY EMERGENCIES AND EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. IF A CANCELLATION OCCURS FOR ANY OTHER REASON, THE YPR STAFF MEMBER OR VOLUNTEER MUST REIMBURSE YPR FUNDS.
We will be holding YRE 2025 informational Zoom meetings during our April Chapter Check-Ins. If you have registered for your ticket, or plan to register for your ticket by June 16th, please do your best to attend one of these informational sessions! They will also be recorded and available on the YPR team portal.

Step 3: Enter coupon code: YREADVOCATE
Step 4: Click “Apply Coupon” – You should see a confirmation message: “Coupon code applied successfully.”
Step 5: Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Step 6: Fill out the attendee details fields
Step 7: Click “Save & Checkout”
Step 8: On the Order Review Page, re-enter billing details (even though the ticket is free with the coupon).
Step 9: Click “Place Order”
Final Step:
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- Shortly after, you will receive a copy of your ticket via email
- You can also find your ticket on the Order Details Page under “Your Tickets”:
- Download your PDF ticket
- Add your ticket to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet
